Puig Destroyer (Thrice, Curl Up and Die) join No Sleep Records
No Sleep Records has signed "virtual" band Puig Destroyer. The band, who take their name from Los Angeles Dodgersâ Yasiel Puig and play a mix of hardcore and grind not unlike their other namesake.
Riley Breckenridge, drummer of Thrice, records his drum tracks in Orange County and Ian Miller, bassist of Kowloon Walled City, lays down the bass in his home studio in Oakland. Mike Minnick, singer of metalcore outfit Curl Up and Die, does his vocals in Chicago. Scott Evans records Jon Howellâs guitar and mixes their records in his Oakland studio, Antisleep Audio
