Derek Grant details new release (Exclusive)

Punknews is happy to share the exclusive details of Derek Grant's upcoming Red Scare release titled Breakdown, which is due out January 20, 2015. Pre-orders are available here. There will be some Midwest shows announced that will take place during release week. Red Scare's Toby Jeg stated:

I just wrote Derek's bio, and I describe the record as, "There's hints of haunting rock like The Smiths, some Americana like Ryan Adams, and maybe even a bit of 80's New Wave like Prince." That said, I really think Trio fans are still gonna enjoy this. It's not just "Punk guy goes acoustic...again", it's a genuine sonic deviation, but it's also real accessible too.
