Ron Reyes files affidavit in Ginn custody case

As you may know by now, Greg Ginn of Black Flag is currently involved in a custody case regarding his children. It seems the case is still ongoing.

Recently, Ron Reyes, who was Black Flag's second lead singer and was fired from the band during the band's 2013 tour, filed an affidavit with the court regarding his experience with Ginn and his observations of Ginn's children. The affidavit states that Ginn has a marijuana dependency, that Ginn is not properly raising his daughters and that Ginn threatened Reyes' family multiple times.
