Giving Up The Ghost Laying Low Until Their New Album Drops

us that Give Up The Ghost are taking a
break from their hectic year. After finishing their tour through with Every Time
I Day and The Suicide File on June 8th the band started a few month long
sabbatical. This means the cancellation of the June tour with The Hope
Conspiracy and Black Cross, as well as their appearances at the Orlando Magic
Fest and Hell Fest. The band's statement said "We just need a break. Dealing with the ups and downs that we have had these past few months have really taken a toll. We will start back out on the road when our new record comes out."

The band's "Love American" CD single / 7" on Bridge
Nine Records will be out on July 29th. Their new full length on Equal
Vision Records, "We're Down Til We're Underground," has a tentative
release date of August 26th. While the band is home expect their website to get
a good deal of updates.
