The Fire Theft Sign To Rykodisc

Billboard is reporting that Rykodisc
has signed The Fire Theft. The band
features three former members of Sunny Day Real Estate. Their currently
untitled debut album is lined up for a September 23 release in North America.
International editions (with bonus track) are expected on October 7th. The group
is working on the album in a Los Angeles studio with longtime collaborator Brad
Wood.
