Baker and Steve Hansgen have started a three piece hardcore band called Middle
Aged Brigade. Brian says "We sing about issues relevant to people in our
age bracket. How can any self-respecting 35+ year old punk rocker find meaning
in the songs of high-school drama and misplaced youthful energy that the current
crop of bands provide? Steve and I saw a need for incredibly well-crafted, old-school
Hardcore music that hits us right where we live." (In really nice upper-middle
class neighborhoods, driveways packed with Volvos, with multiple bottles of Merlot
stored in the in the kitchen cabinets.) The band will be recording an EP this
July for Adult Swim Records."
