Girls Against Boys Backing 'Prey For Rock & Roll' Tour

us that members of Girls Against Boys will
be backing actress Gina Gershon to perform music from the new independent film Prey
For Rock & Roll. The movie, described as "the saga of an all-girl rock band,"
premiered at the 2003 Sundance Film Festival, screened at the 2nd annual Tribeca Film Festival, and was the winner of the Best Narrative Feature at the Santa Cruz Film Festival.
The movie is based on an autobiographical play by Cheri Lovedog, the singer / songwriter
/ guitarist for Lovedog, an all-girl punk band that played LA clubs from
1980-93.

Songs on the film's soundtrack were by Lovedog and sung by Gershon with musical performances by Samantha Maloney (Hole) Sara Lee (B-52s) Gina Volpe
(Lunachicks). Seattle punk band The
Amazombies also have some music in the movie. Click below for the dates the
