November Releases From Wretched Ones, ANTiSEEN & others
This month brings four new releases on TKO
Records. First up is the album Hate Generator from Atlanta, GA's
Adolf & The Piss Artists.
The release is being pitched to "[f]ans of UK 82 Punk Rock and the original
wave of Oi! Music." There's a split 7" coming up between Texas
Terri and ANTiSEEN titled Sex
& Violence. The Terri side features the new song "Dirty Action!"
and the flip features ANTiSEEN's cover
of the title track.
Holding the title of "America's Oldest Oi!," Wretched
Ones' first TKO release will be Less Is More. Less Is More
is a collection of rare tracks that span the band's 15 (or so) year history.
Most of the songs (aside from some covers) are from 7" released by labels
like Headache, Black Hole, Pogostick, Force Majeure, Radio Records and Pogo
Punk, and nearly all of it is obscure or out-of-print. Finally, Those Unknown
will be releasing And They Give us Scraps, featuring 16 tracks of the
band's material from 91-96, all of it either previously unreleased or out of
print.
