Avoid One Thing member change & recording plans

Avoid One Thing's website posted
some information on their recording plans. The band has been writing and will
head into the studio later in December with producer Paul Q. Kolderie to record
(while Joe Gittleman produced the band's debut, Kolderie is credited with
"additional help").

In the band's tour journal guitarist Amy Griffin mentions that Paul Delano,
second guitarist and former member of Darkbuster, had left the band. For the
rest of their tour the band had Hollis from Favorite Atomic Hero filling in. The
post says that Delano "has sadly departed the band in the
interest of finding a "real job" where he can
utilize his numerous talents that fall outside of the
guitar player/drinking buddy/football partner category.
This was a drag, especially the initial climb into the
van with no Paul on the back bench, and we will miss him."
There's been no announcement yet on a permanent new member or who will pick up
the second guitar in the studio.
