What do you call people who are afraid of Santa Claus? Claustrophobic.
2003 has been quite the year for Punknews.org. We've grown beyond our wildest dreams, we won two reader awards from Alternative Press, we got published in AMP Magazine, we got to give exclusive updates from bands on Warped Tour, we joined [and were subsequently booted from] Friendster, we've given away an XBOX, and so much more. The best thing is, it was all made possible by you, the Punknews.org reader. We thank you for coming here and being the life of our site; without you, this webpage wouldn't exist.
Since some of you have been asking - our individual Top 20 of 2003 lists will be posted on New Years Eve, so keep your eyes peeled for that.
What will 2004 hold for us? Only time will tell. I can tell you that Aubin is hard at work at designing a newer, sleeker, better smelling, and all-around improved version of Punknews.org. Look for it to appear... well, whenever it appears.
Again, all of us here deeply thank all of you for taking what was once a simple little website and turning it into the massive online community it is today. We all hope you enjoy your holiday, no matter what you choose to celebrate.

PPS - We here at the 'Org put in countless hours working on this site for your enjoyment, and we never ask for anything in return. We all love this site and realize that it's not something we do to make money - it's simply a labor of love. However, if you have some sort of deep-seeded desire to repay us for everything we've done for you this year, Aubin, Adam and Scott all have Amazon.com wishlists and none of us would complain if you wanted to unload your holiday bonus on us.
