Aggravated signs Outtareach

and lets us know that Aggravated Music, home of Fingers-Cut, Megamachine! Hope, and more has announced the signing of El Monte, CA's Outtareach. Their statement reads "Speaking of Outtareach, Aggravated Music would like to formally extend our hands and cocks to them, for they have finally made the big time!
