'The New What Next' artwork

Hot Water Music's upcoming record The New What Next now has a release date of September 21st 2004. The cover art for the record can be viewed at Epitaph.
Speaking of artwork, Epitaph has also put the cover for The Black Keys' Rubber Factory online. That record is in stores on September 7th.
