Sixgun Radio calls it quits

BANKSHOT! Records has announced that Sixgun Radio has called it quits after 8 years together. Guitarist Christopher Wrigley made this statement:

"After some chattin and ponderin, we decided to make our show at ABC NO
RIO, 7-31-04, our last show. Sixgun Radio is over! This ends the
strange legacy that was principally me and Adam's weird dream and #1
priority for nearly the last 8 years. This band WAS my teenage years,
growing up, and maturity, and now that I think about it, it's almost
like saying goodbye to childhood in a twisted way."

The band released one album in their tenure, 2004's Please Press Me.
