Sick Of It All
live in New York City (2004)

This show was set up as a warm up gig for their European Tour, and wow did it turn out to be a great show. Subzero, Vision, and a few other bands opened up for them… but I am going to cut to the chase with SOIA's set.
Going back a few months ago, the band announced on their site that they were cutting some of the older material out of their live set, because they have too many albums and need to play a few from each one.
SOIA's set turned out to be unbelievable, as they played a ton of old songs, some of which I haven't heard in over 5 years. They opened up with Clobberin Time which is the first sign of a great show. The pit was intense as always, and it was nice to see SOIA on stage at the legendary CBGB's.
They played a few songs of their new album, "Life on The Ropes". They played about 4 or 5 songs off the album, including "Paper Tiger", "Relentless", "All My Blessings", and "Silence".
It was pretty shocking that they practically ignored both "Yours Truly" and "Call to Arms", only playing one song off each.
The majority of the set consisted of songs off of "Just Look Around" and "Blood, Sweat, No Tears". They played some SOIA classics, such as "Pushed Too Far", "GI Joe Headstomp", "Just Look Around", "Alone", "Injustice System", "Shut Me Out", and "Locomotive".
They closed the set with "Stepdown" and then "Straight Ahead". An awesome way to end a truly awesome show. Listed below are all the songs they played to the best of my memory.
