Kevin Seconds recently posted an update on 7Seconds new record and tour plans on the band's message board:
Hey everybody,
It's been awhile. I wanted to check in with a "hello" and let everyone know that the band is doing very well and getting set for what looks to be a busy next 5-6 months. As many of you know, 7Seconds leaves for the month-long Eastpak Resistance European tour in less than 2 weeks. The tour will be headlined by none other than NYC HC kings, Sick Of It All and co-headlined by us. (we will be supporting the November 2nd Euro release of our new album, Take It Back, Take It On, Take It Over! ) Also on the bill: Unearth, Walls Of Jericho and The Bones. Boston HC legends Slapshot , UK's The Business and our S1D labelmates Suicide Machines will all make appearances throughout the tour…The only downside of the tour is that fact that due to family/job commitments, Steve won't be able to join us on the tour. Instead, longtime 7Seconds friend (and Mr. T Experience bassist) Bobby Jordan will be temporarily filling in on bass. We look forward to seeing many of you guys in November…
And for you kids over here in America, the new album comes out around January 25th on Side One Dummy. We will follow it up with touring throughout the spring and summer and cannot wait!
