Pitchfork is reporting that the first batch of bands slated to appear at the 2005 South By Southwest music festival has been announced on the event's website. Bands playing include Against Me!, Death From Above 1979, The Donnas, Guitar Wolf, Hot Hot Heat, The Go! Team, Billy Idol, The Kills, Mean Reds, The Rolling Blackouts, Sleater-Kinney and more. The annual SXSW music festival and conference is taking place between March 16th and 20th of this year.
