Negative Progression has signed Santa Cruz, CA's A Burning Water. The label describes the band as possessing "some similarities to the Deftones and Cave In as well as elements of the Blood Brothers."

The band will be releasing their debut for the label in June, with new versions of eight of the tracks from their self-released record, We Can See The Sky From Here as well as three brand new tracks. The band has also posted some demo tracks at purevolume.com.
