H2O's official website posts this about the sound of the new record: Mingling the tough hardcore sound H2O fans have become accustomed to with a fresher, less-hurried attitude adds a whole new dimension to H2O. The band has always had a definitive positive message about their lyrics, and working with producer Matt Wallace (Faith No More) on "GO" allowed H2O to focus on developing a distinct sound.
