Death From Above 1979 has announced some of their future plans for 2005. First, the band will soon head into the studio to begin work on the follow up You're a Woman, I'm a Machine with the record expected to be completed before the end of the year.

During the recording of the album, drummer/vocalist Sebastien Grainger is planning to put a band together to record an alternate version of the album, as well, bassist/keyboardist Jesse Keeler plans to produce an alternate version of the album with his remix duo MSTRKRFT plan. The version will be recorded with female vocals provided by Loveheart.

The format of the releases have not been confirmed.
