Kicked In The Head has kicked the bucket. The band posted the following farewell message on their website:

In other news we have decided to cease being a band in the incarnation of four humans playing shows together every weekend and recording albums together. KITH will be playing a select amount of shows this summer and will play it's last and final show at an all ages Boston area venue TBA in August. We're done after that.

We'll have more details later, until then, I'd like to give a preemptive "thank you" to all that have supported us.

The Boston-based outfit put out four releases: World Domination, a 2000 split EP with Goonies entitled All In The Family, 2001's Thick As Thieves LP, and 2002's Salita EP.
