Thick Records has signed Lansing, Michigan's LaSalle. The band features Mike Reed (guitar) and Dan Jaquint (drums) of the now defunct Small Brown Bike, as well as current members of Charlevoix and Shipwrecked. The label describes the outfit as "post-rock balladeers that equally recall Jawbreaker and Doolittle-era Pixies."

The band is scheduled to hit the studio throughout June and July for an October release of their as-yet-untitled debut.
