Billboard is reporting that Sonic Youth, Sleater-Kinney, the Black Keys, T-Model Ford and more will perform as part of Arthur Magazine's first annual ArthurFest. The event will be held on September 4th and 5th at Barnsdall Art Park in Los Angeles. Other acts confirmed for the event include Cat Power, Olivia Tremor Control, Merzbow, Six Organs Of Admittance, Sunburned Hand Of The Man, Dead Meadow, the Juan Maclean, Josephine Foster, Wolfmother and Comets On Fire.

During the festival avant-garde films will be screened and bluesman T-Model Ford will appear at a dedicated booth (where he'll "dispense wisdom & possibly kisses for a small price"). More info and a full band listing can be found on the magazine's website.
