Dutch hardcore act Razor Crusade has called it quits. The band signed to Deathwish for North America last year and had also continued to release material on Reflections Records. While the band kept the explanations to a minimum saying only: "No statements. No last interviews. No final show. Signing off," their European label elaborated somewhat explaining that
Ivo, their singer suffers from too many problems with his voice that he decided that going on would most likely cause him permanent damage to his vocal chords. The band, already having to replace their first singer after the release of their debut MCD, decided it wouldn't make sense to go through all the struggle again to find a replacement. Also, because there most likely couldn't be found a singer that would be as good as Ivo. Even though we're bummed, we wish all the members the best of luck with their future projects.
Over the course of their career, the band released Are You Wired? and Infinite Water.
