Less Than Jake are in preproduction for their follow up to 2003's Anthem which was followed by 2004's B Is For B-Sides and this year's limited edition techno remix thereof. Here's what Vinnie had to say about it in the band's latest newsletter:

Currently I'm in Los Angeles doing pre-production for a new Less Than Jake record. What the hell is preproduction [you] ask? Well basically it's the band dissecting songs that we have written or going to write until every single person involved is happy with them. Boring to most interesting to some. Who really knows anyway…

Expect a new layout for lessthanjake.com in the future, a new DVD in the future, and most importantly a new damn record by us.
