by Three Gut Tours

Plenty is happening in the Constantines camp in the lead up to the October 11th release of Tournament of Hearts. That record, the band's third, will arrive via Three Gut Records in Canada and Sub Pop everywhere else. The album track "Working Full-Time" is now available on the new Sub Pop freebie compilation Storybook of Songs. Also, the band has contributed a track to the free CD that comes with the latest issue of Believer Magazine, a cover of Elevator To Hell's "Why I Didn't Like August '93." On the same disc the Cons' own "Nighttime / Anytime (It's Alright)" is covered by their Three Gut label mate and Royal City member Jim Guthrie.

In August the band will hit the road in Canada supporting the Foo Fighters and Sloan, as well as playing their own dates with bands like Oxford Collapse, Oakley Hall, Oneida and Kinski.
