Interscope recently launched The Rock Podcast. The program, which is available through Apple's recently released podcasting-capable iTunes 4.9. The first program includes interviews and tracks from a number of bands on the label, of note are recent tracks and interviews with Dredg, JamisonParker, And You Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead.

While Interscope is hardly the first corporation to embrace the burgeoning technology, it is one of the more high profile endorsements of the delivery mechanism. Other labels using the form include Razor and Tie (home of Danko Jones and The Chemistry), and The Miltia Group among others.
