On the heels of recent recent announcements from labelmates Lifetime, Kid Dynamite has confirmed earlier rumours about a reunion to benefit CBGB's.

Jade Tree had this to say:

Both Kid Dynamite and Damnation AD will be reuniting for shows next month. Although the exact dates have yet to be determined, Damnation AD will be performing at Hellfest and Kid Dynamite will be playing CBGB along side good friends Greyarea in support of the Save CBGB campaign. Exact details and dates will be announced soon, stay tuned…

Kid Dynamite, which included members of Lifetime, None More Black and Paint It Black released Kid Dynamite and Shorter, Faster, Louder as well as the rarities compilation, Cheap Shots, Youth Anthems. News on an upcoming DVD has also recently surfaced.

A past reunion for SSE saw visitors fly from as far away as Japan to see the band in Philadelphia, PA.

The band broke up in 2000.
