Current and former members of upstate New York's Roses Are Red and Achilles have formed Polar Bear Club. The band has promises a first demo on August 15th and plans are underway for an EP on Triple Attack/Luchador this winter.

Both Achilles and Roses Are Red have recently released material, with the former issuing The Dark Horse this spring and Roses are Red's Conversations out last year.
