TKO Records has announced the signing of Long Beach, CA's 46 Short. The label commented "For years this band has been hammering out their faithful, straight ahead style of classic Hardcore Punk in the vein of Circle Jerks, Black Flag and early Poison Idea. They're a great bunch of guys who play great music, and TKO is proud to have them on board." The band's as-yet-untitled fill length is currently being recorded at Adamo's Recordings with an early 2006 release scheduled.
TKO has announced the following releases to round out the year. A 25 track album from Philadelphia's the Boils titled From the Bleachers will arrive in September. October brings a DVD release from Cock Sparrer titled What You See… Is What You Get. It includes the band's complete Morecambe 2003 gig, extensive interviews, USA 2000 tour footage, a band documentary, music videos and more. In November TKO will release what their calling "absolutely positively, without a fucking doubt the most punk rock record to be released this year," the Nazi Dogs' Chase The Man. Also in October the label will release Tommy & the Terrors' second full length, Unleash the Fury. The record was produced by Matt Kelly of the Dropkick Murphys.
