The annual Take Action Tour has announced that Epitaph act Matchbook Romance will be headlining the 2006 edition of the charity tour.

The tour is scheduled to begin on March 1st, 2006. For the past five years the tour has supported the National Hopeline Network, 1-800-SUICIDE, and its parent organization, the Kristin Brooks Hope Center. As well, the organizers visited Washington this year to help raise awareness.

Matchbook Romance recently posted the first track from their upcoming sophomore full length. The album is titled Voices and is the follow up to Stories and Alibis. It is due out next year on Valentines Day,

The band is currently previewing new material with a tour with Armor For Sleep, Lovedrug and Gatsbys American Dream. The tour wraps up at the end of November.
