Rise Against, Thrice, System of a Down, Fall Out Boy and Avenged Sevenfold have been announced as participants for this year's KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas show at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California. The show will also feature Nine Inch Nails and Korn and takes place on December 10, 2005.

The annual Christmas show has taken place since 1993, and last year's edition included Jimmy Eat World, Interpol, Taking Back Sunday, The Used, Green Day and many others.
