Dead to Fall will be entering Trax East studios with producer Eric Rachel (Every Time I Die, Lifetime, the Banner) shortly to record the followup to last year's Villany and Virtue, which Rachel recorded as well. Paul Romano (Mastodon, the Red Chord) is returning as well to handle the artwork.

Death and Rebirth, as it is tentatively titled, is mentioned by singer Jon Hunt as containing "a lot more classic metal elements than any previous Dead to Fall recordings." A release is expected in April 2006 on Victory.

A January tour with Ion Dissonance is currently being planned as well.
