The Appleseed Cast has wrapped up recording of their upcoming full length for The Militia Group. The band is planning a March 21st, 2006 release date for the record and will be touring both North America and Europe in support of the release.

They had this to say:

Well, its finally done…We finished the final mixdown yesterday, were all very excited and incredibly happy with the outcome. The record is 13 songs clocking in at about 55 minutes, and thanks to super laser master and uber producer John Congleton it came out amazing. Full of new sounds and textures, the recording-live approach proved to be the key as the energy on the record was never lost.

Touring will follow [from] late February to March [where we] will be opening for Minus the Bear on the West Coast ( including the Northwest!) and then a 3 week stint on the East coast and down to Florida in April. We should be heading to Europe on may 19th or so to play some festivals and shows for about three weeks.

The group previously released Two Conversations via defunct independent, Tiger Style.
