Hawthorne Heights vocalist JT Woodruff has launched Carbon Copy Media. Woodruff enlisted the aid of Mark Daily who ran Confined Records and released material by JT's previous band, A Day in the Life.
The label also obtained distribution through Victory along with an upstream pact which allows Victory to pull successful Carbon Copy acts into Victory's roster.
Carbon Copy Media has also announced its first two signings: Cincinnati's own Ellison, and Crown Point, Indiana's Asteria.
As for his band, Hawthorne Heights released their first DVD, This Is Who We Are today and will be releasing their sophomore full length, If Only You Were Lonely in February. Since the release of The Silence in Black and White in 2004, the band has quickly become one of the biggest bands on the Victory roster.
