Billed as "Last Vegas' first annual independent hardcore and metal festival," Fire Fest 2006 will take place at the Fort Cheyenne Events Center in sin city on July 25th of this year. An announcement of headlining bands is pending, but the festival has so far confirmed a number of grind and metalcore acts. Participating bands include See You Next Tuesday, the Concubine, Knife The Glitter, We Were Gentlemen, School Girl Knife Fight, Orangeburg Massacre, Ivebeenshot, Pencil Lead Syringe, Flood Tide, Molotov Solution, Lynch Thy Beauty and Beatrix Kiddo. Information on the event will be updated through an associated MySpace page as more details become available.
