As previously reported Isis will be entering the studio after their current tour to begin recording the follow up to their recent Ipecac release, Panopticon as well as the domestic release of Oceanic: Remixes and Reinterpretations.

The band will be entering the studio in June with producer/engineer Matt Bayles, who worked with the band on both Panopticon and Oceanic, and the band is aiming for a fall release.

In related news, the band has also stated that their live DVD is in the editing phase and a release in expected in the summer. The Live 4 release is expected on the East Coast leg of their current tour. Following recording, the band is planning to head to the UK and Europe in July.
