Defiance of Authority has changed their name to Blacklist Royals due to legal issues. The band released two albums under the old name, 2003's H-Town Angels and 2005's Born In Sin, Come On In.

The newly renamed band consists of the original lineup, and will be headed out for the entirety of this summer's Warped tour on the Family Clothing stage.

Following the tour, the band is hoping to go into the studio to record some new material.
