It's official!!! After months of negotiations, the Court Tavern in New Brunswick , N.J. has coaxed New Jersey punk godfathers ADRENALIN O.D. out of retirement on November 3rd to perform one last show to commemorate the influential bands 20th anniversary and the release of "Themes" on Spains Munster Records. Themes is an unreleased studio album recorded way back in 1982. It features 6 A.O.D. tunes that never saw the light of day, as well as never before heard versions of classics like "Suburbia", and "Trans Am". The tapes were origionally unearthed by Electric Frankenstein guitarist/founder Sal Canzonieri (a longtime friend of A.O.D.'s). All 4 origional members of the band will perform songs spanning Adrenalin O.D.'s 10 year lifespan. Singer/guitarist Paul Richard insists this will be the last time you will ever see A.O.D. on a stage together again. Drummer Dave Scott will be on leave from his present band, Orlando's The HYBRIDS to fly up for the show. Special guests are expected as A.O.D. fans range from Metallica and Anthrax to Nofx and Screeching Weasel. Opening the show are 2 more legendary N.J. 80's punk bands, Bedlam and Pleased Youth, who will also reunite for this huge show. Pleased Youth features bassist Andy Skovran from the popular N.J. oi group NIBLICK HENBANE. This show is expected to sell out with people coming from various parts of the country to attend. Advance tickets will be available through Vintage Vinyl Records and Curmudgeon Records in New Jersey.
