Bad Religion has announced a series of Canadian tour dates set to kick off mid-September. The long-running and influential punk band will be visiting Ontario, Quecec, Saskatchewan, Alberta and BC on the two week trek.
Though the band has not released an album since 2004's The Empire Strikes First, there have been a number of releases from the band and band members including the much anticipated Live at the Palldium DVD, and frontman Greg Graffin's first solo album in almost a decade, Cold as the Clay. The album was produced by Bad Religion guitarist, Brett Gurewitz.
Word is that the band is also planning a world tour in 2007/2008 and a new album has been rumoured for some time now. Update: Epitaph has let us know that the Dropkick Murphys will be co-headlining the tour with Bad Religion. The Bostonian punk band will be supporting their recent album, The Warrior's Code.
