Newly signed Epitaph act the Higher have posted an update on the progress towards their debut for the label.

They had this to say:

The mixing has begun on the record. We have recieved two songs which are both extraordinary. It's such a breath of fresh air to hear these songs, I've never heard anything like this. Anyone who has heard it has been mesmerized and that's a grand feeling.

The album will be their first since 2005's Histrionics released on the defunct Fiddler Records.
