Heavens have announced the touring lineup and CMJ stop for their upcoming US tour. The live incarnation of the band will include the studio members, Matt Skiba of Alkaline Trio and Joe Steinbrick of Thieves Like Us, and also former Engine Down drummer Matt Compton and producer/bassist Ben Lovett (known for his studio work with Dangermouse)

The band is touring in support of their full length debut, Patent Pending. They will also be performing at CMJ on October 31st, 2006 at the Sin-E in New York City. You can check out the rest of the tour dates which were posted earlier.
