Boston, MA's Vanna, who signed to Epitaph in November of last year, have entered the studio with producer Matt Bayles, who counts Mastodon, Norma Jean, Isis, Pretty Girls Make Graves and Pearl Jam to his credit.

The Massachusetts-based outfit, which consists of guitarists Nick Lambert and Evan Pharmakis, drummer Brandon Davis, bassist Shawn Marquis and vocalist Christopher Preece, will record through the end of November and begin mixing in December. The disc marks the follow up to Vanna's 2006 debut EP, The Search Party Never Came.
