According to a blog from Samiam, a split with recent tourmates the Draft is currently in the works:

Next, all the praise in the world goes the one of the best bands in the world: the draft. you'll never meet a group of guys that are that nice and talented (and good looking). they'll be back in february, don't miss them in the UK and germany. we are planning to do a split ep with them to commemorate this trip…look for more on that.

No further information has been provided on which label will be releasing the split, or a possible release date. We recently posted an interview with Sergie Loobkoff, guitarist for Samiam. The band just released Whatever's Got You Down, via Hopeless Records.

Meanwhile, the Draft will is preparing to embark on a Winter tour scheduled to hit both U.S. coasts. The band has been touring almost nonstop in support of this year's Epitaph release, In A Million Pieces.
