The Get Up Kids' webpage has finally been updated, and the following things were announced:
The producer for their new album will be Scott Litt (Nirvana, REM, The Replacements). Recording will begin on January 3rd, 2002.Eudora, their collection of 7", rare, out of print, and compilation tracks, is scheduled to drop on November 13th on Vagrant/Heroes & Villains.Their fan club has been disbanded, "due to lack of time and organization." If you had already paid your dues, you'll be getting a full refund as well as a voucher to get into 1 GUK show of your choice for free.Finally, the boys have announced a short headlining tour for this December, with the Appleseed Cast opening on all dates. Also, the first and last shows of the brief tour are benefit shows where all proceeds will be donated to various September 11th charities. Check out the dates below.
