Vinnie, drummer and lyricist of Less Than Jake and co-founder of Fueled By Ramen has announced his new project. He recently left the label he founded over concerns about it's direction.

Among his new projects is a company he's calling Setafire Management, which, he aims to run the way he had originally run Fueled By Ramen:

I promised myself that I would only work with friends, and/or things I'm passionate about. In a perfect world the combination of friendship and passion is an easy one, in the real world its always a bit harder to find.

To that end, the two bands he has opted to work with are ex-Fueled By Ramen band, The AKAs and Rushmore act Houston Calls.

Along with the new company, Vinnie adds his endorsement for the Hold Steady, The Clash, Heroes and "6 records worth of Less Than Jake "
