Modern Life Is War has set a September 4 release date for their Equal Vision debut. The signing was announced earlier this month.

It was also revealed then that the band would record with producer J. Robbins (Against Me!, Paint It Black). That will commence when the band enter The Magpie Cage with him in April.

The album will see a vinyl release in the U.S. through Lifeline Records and in Europe through Reflections Records.

The band's previous label, Deathwish Inc., reissued the band's first full-length, My Love, My Way, in 2006 and released the band's last proper, Witness, in 2005.
