According to Lambgoat, Louisville, KY's Black Cross have wrapped up work on their long-awaited second full length.
The record is set for a June release on Auxiliary Records and the band had this to say:
It's been over four years since we recorded our first album, Art Offensive, and we're very excited to finally be on the road to having a new record released. Over the course of the last year, we got together as much as possible between Coliseum and Young Widows tours to work on writing this collection of songs, digging back into our earlier melodic punk influences like Wipers, Husker Du, Gray Matter, etc.
The band released Art Offensive in 2003, and the rarities compilation, Widows Bloody Widows in 2004.
