Atlanta's psychadelic garage miscreants the Black Lips are on the road this month supporting their new Vice-released full length Los Valentes Del Mundo Nuevo. The band is headed out from a set of SXSW appearances for a tour with Chicago's Ponys.
Los Valentes Del Mundo Nuevo was recorded live in Tijuana, Mexico by the Swami himself Mr. John Reis (of Drive Like Jehu, Rocket From The Crypt and Hot Snakes of course). It follows up 2005's In The Red released Let It Bloom.
