Minneapolis' popular Motion City Soundtrack will digitally release their new single "Broken Heart" next Tuesday via the major digital outlets. The song will appear on the band's forthcoming album Even If It Kills Me, produced by the Cars' Ric Ocasek (Weezer, No Doubt, Guided By Voices), Fountains Of Wayne's Adam Schlesinger and Girls Against Boys' Eli Janney. The full length arrives on September 18th.

Motion City Soundtrack will appear at this year's Voodoo Music Experience in New Orleans this October. The band will share the stage with Rage Against The Machine, the Smashing Pumpkins, Wilco and many others. Prior to that they'll headline a tour with Sherwood, The Higher and The Forecast.
