Social Distortion have unveiled the first batch of tour dates for 2008. The veteran punk band will hit the road on January 1st and dates will include a variety of acts from the US Bombs, Revolution Mother, Gallows, Angel City Outcasts and even a rare performance from 22 Jacks in San Francisco.

The tour consists primarily of multiple days in a handful of California cities, but if history is any indicator, it won't be long before the band hits other cities in the United States.

This year the band unveiled their first "hits" compilation, Greatest Hits which also debuted a new track, "Far Behind."
